    Oregon St. could get the 2nd seed. I would almost rather have the 3rd seed and wrestle Wisconsin (3rd vs 6th) in the first round than get a bye in the first round. It could help getting an extra victory when it comes time for getting the NCAA qualifying spots for Big 12s.
