    It sounds like Sims has paid back the credit card company and will probably only be charged with a misdemeanor "unauthorized use" of the credit card or something like that. I suspect he won't miss much time.

    She didn't "accuse" anyone. She lost her card on Friday, and on Saturday noticed some transactions she hadn't made and realized her card was missing. She reported the card stolen and the police took it from there. I think you're reaching...

    There is fire with this smoke. I attempted to post something about it yesterday, but of course my threads were deleted. From my sources it involves "finding" a credit card and not making good decisions from there.... (hopefully this post sticks around)
