Looking to buy a midsize truck but there doesn't seem to be a lot of options. Tacoma, Colorado, Ridgeline, etc. Looks like Ford is bringing the Ranger back in a couple of years. Leaning towards the Toyota, any experiences with the new Tacoma? Or Colorado? -

Finishing bathroom: Need permit?
When I bought my house in Ankeny the basement was finished except for the bathroom. Now getting around to finishing the bathroom and wondering if I need to go through the permit process?
