We had a HD receiver go bad on one of our tv's last week and after doing some on-phone trouble shooting with a DirTV rep they ended up deciding to send us a new HD receiver. My question / concern ? We had the '' system '' initially set up thru Technology by Design ( out of Urbandale ) last year...
