    Only guess would be games were negotiated to be re-broadcasted on cyclones.tv and the like but not the pre-game and post-game shows that ESPN produces.

    I listened to Garman and Cotler too and was sad to see it go. Between "Out of Bounds", "Murph and Andy" and "Miller and Brinson" it was a solid 6-7 hours of local programing.

    The most important question that needs to be asked is, what happens to the "Monday Evening Rebound Show" with Jess Settles and Jack Sullivan?!?! That's the best hour of radio in Des Moines IMHO.

    Hello there, my State friends.

    This is what sports message boards should be. Enjoyed reading this thread. Looking forward to a great game tonight. Unfortunately it's on ESPNU and my Dish only carries the SD signal at my level. So even if it's a great game for us it's still going to be painful to watch.

    Free tree limb drop off in Des Moines after winter storm.

    The city of Des Moines will have 2 free days of tree limb drop off at the MWA site, 1601 Harriet Street. The first day for winter storm debris drop off is tomorrow, Sat. 29th from 7am - 2pm. The rest of the info. is at the link below. Public Works - Public Works
