    Just error on the side of caution. I lifted too much weight too soon after mine and it really made the ach go a little longer than it should have. That was the biggest issue with mine. Didn't really ice that much and didn't have crazy pain.

    Pollard probably knew what the article was going to be like. He probably also doesn't like the athletic since they don't have a beat writer for ISU and don't do give ISU much coverage.

    When Gable left, one of the best college wrestling coaches ever was at ISU. He coached for 10 years after Gable left. It wouldn't have been fair to either coach for Dan to stay.

    People like that don't care, they don't get it. We had an issue in our school community where someone was taking money from a kids group. They were convicted, they act like they did nothing wrong and go on living life like before. Never paying back the money but buying expensive things.

    Well they both sucked. The women's game deserves better than that. My wife could have done a better job and the highest level she played was HS.

    I wonder if they will "move" the ranch to where ever they just moved the cattle to. That why they can keep the cast but do away with the Montana storyline. The producer of the show is part owner of the 6666 ranch so it makes sense to move filming there.

    He didn't hire the coaches. They do work for him, on paper. KF runs Barta, KF never does anything wrong. Why should KF be held responsible for anything he does wrong?

    So basically KF is the most powerful person in the state. He makes $4M+ a year, ***** things up and then the state pays for his mess. He comes out of every issue he has had with more power.

    ISU is already part of a major conference. Going forward we are a member of the 3rd major conference. There is no need to add sports that bring to revenue stream to the school or conference. We have 6 sports people somewhat tune into.

    Fran's freak out was due to him thinking some refs have it out for him. It was a 10.25 second call. Its 50-50 if you get that call.

    The baseball/softball schedule is perfect for the NCAA, they are not going to adjust that. They get their World Series at the perfect time on the calendar. There is no way Principal Park would be used at a home field for ISU. They don't want that field tore up before the Tripple A season even...

    He and his family wonder why refs dont like him. He really needs to be suspended for a game. How many Ts has he had this season? He is acting like a kid. His team had a nice win and his actions are what people are talking about.
