    Mook's Bowl Projections (11/11/12)

I don't believe that for one second. You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but I think you are wrong. I'd love to think that my school is more attractive, but I just don't think that's the case.

    Week 11 Bowl Projections

National brand and television ratings. Fair or not, TCU has established themselves as a very recognizable brand in the college football landscape. Winning the Rose Bowl will do that. I don't believe that TCU would go before ISU in all cases, but if you are talking about the Holiday Bowl - I...

This is the exact scenario that I have projected.

    Mook's Bowl Projections (11/11/12)

Of course there is, especially if it is a prime slot for ESPN where they will have input on the decision. TCU is a better brand than Iowa State (sorry, but that is true) currently and the fact that we beat them this season matters none.

    Best Cyclone to wear #4?

#4 is still in doubt ... vote now if you haven't already done so!

Last poll for all-time ISU Basketball Roster #33 and #40

Very good point, but guys that are already on the roster at another number are not being considered for this number ... Hoiberg and Meyer specifically.

    Best Cyclone to wear #4?

    Intentionally left OFF the list
  16. The Mook

    Who is your #35?

Marcus Jefferson wore #34 as a freshman, then wore #50 the next three seasons.

Last poll for all-time ISU Basketball Roster #33 and #40

Last one, then I will stop "junking up the MBB forum" :twitcy: Choose one #33 and one #40 ...
  18. The Mook

    Who is your #35?

The single most difficult choice IMO ... in fact, Iowa State didn't even choose between these two - both of them have a retired #35 hanging in Hilton. So you must decide, who was the best ever to wear #35 for ISU?
  19. The Mook

    Best Cyclone to wear #4?

Decent group, but none of them really stand above the rest IMO What do you think? Who was the best to wear #4 for Iowa State?
  20. The Mook

Best player to wear #43 at Iowa State???

I am starting a project similar to the "All-Time ISU Football Roster" we did a few years ago. This one will be for Men's Basketball. I figured let's debate the numbers in question before putting out the whole list this time. So, have at it - vote and debate ... who is the best player to wear #43...
