Not a moral victory, its a statement of fact. If ISU only wins one more game Ill be very disappointed. I think it is clear to most people that we came close to beating two good teams and there are a lot of bad teams left on the schedule. -

I hate to be the one to say it but the common thread may be the head coach. We know Rhoads can coach D, but he has yet to prove he knows anything about O. i like Rhoads but he needs to hire someone with knowledge and then let them do their thing on O. -

True. but I personally think Iowa is much better than UNI and I can see Iowa getting to 7 wins this year. That means we did play better on D and the offense should some promise over the last 1.5 quarters. -

I think we have a chance to really improve since Iowa. I think moving forward the one thing standing in our way the most is over coming the bitterness inside the program. A win this week is really important in keeping us from sliding back into the another great depression. -

and to me that part impresses me. He was sick in the bowl game and injured in the last two games and he has still had some ok numbers. If he can stay healthy and get some good play calling this offense has potential. The oline needs to improve but I think they will. -

Your compaing a lot of seniors to freshman and soph and even with that there are only 5 or so names you listed that I would take. Compare freshman to freshman and I would take even fewer names.
