    Really? I highly doubt the Big Ten that has enough bowl eligible teams to fill out their bowl slots will tell the Big 12 they can have the Ticket City Bowl and leave one of their members searching for another bowl game.

    You might want to ask him again and make sure he didn't mean the Texas Bowl in Houston. There is no way ISU will be going to the Ticket City Bowl when the bowl has contractual agreements with the Big Ten, Conf USA and MAC and these 3 conferences will be able to send 2 teams.

    What is so hard to understand about the fact that Iowa made 21 of 58 shots, Creighton made 32 of 58. That right there is the difference in the game.     Yeah I was there and was shocked they "only" shot 55% as well. It seemed like everything they threw up went in, what really surprised me was they "only" had 9 three's, I would have sworn they had more than that in the 1st half alone.

    Again, Creighton shot 55% while Iowa shot 30% with both teams taking the same number of attempts, if Iowa shoots 55% and ISU shoots 30% at Hilton in a couple of weeks on the same number of attempts then Iowa will win by over 15. Is it that hard to understand? Would Drake beat ISU 8 out of 10...

    BCS question / scenario

    If you're ranked in the top 4 you get an automatic bid if you aren't the conference champion. So I think in this case the rule about 2 teams from the same conference in a BCS Bowl is waived and the SEC would get 3, with LSU and Ark playing for the title and Georgia going to the Sugar Bowl.

    He didn't send in stubbs because he was mad at Cartwright, it was because Cartwright got hurt and was in the locker room for about 8 minutes of the first half.

    When the game was close for the first 10 minutes and he wasn't anywhere to be seen was because he got hurt in the first 4 minutes and went to the locker room and didn't come back to the bench until after the under 8 minute timeout of the first half.
