    Iowa: Drop vs. Keep revisited

The Big 10 did not invite Nebraska, Nebraska asked to leave. Big difference.

    Iowa: Drop vs. Keep revisited

One thing that hasn't been mentioned here is that ISU would technically be in breach of contract should the TTT do what everyones thinks they're going to do and go to a nine-game conference schedule. If you look at the Iowa/ISU contract, both schools are contractually obligated to resist any...

    Iowa: Drop vs. Keep revisited

Re: OOC Rivalries and Bowl Games I don't think the folks who run the Insight Bowl are that concerned about how their ratings are. If they were concerned about that, they'd get off of NFL Network and onto an actual college football channel.

    Iowa: Drop vs. Keep revisited

Re: Drop It That probably won't happen, as I believe the Big 10's affiliation with that game is done after this year.

Kansas State Coach Bill Snyder wants 5 team Divisions, Big12 Title Game

I think it was around 14/15 million last year.

Does anyone else think KF will leave Iowa in 5-6 years?

Does this mean that Les Miles, Urban Meyer, Mark Richt, Nick Saban, Bob Stoops, and Jim Tressel are all retiring?

    Shows worth watching.

Just finished season one of Breaking Bad. Got season three on the DVR, and season two will be in the mail as soon as I get done with season one of True Blood.

Phil Steele ranks both Stanzi and Vandenberg ahead of AA

In 2002, or in the pros? Seneca's career as an NFL backup is good work if you can get it, but would you say that it was his failings as a QB that led to the disastrous finish to ISU's season in 2002?

    About conference divisions ...

They got it half right. Michigan and Ohio State aren't going to be split up, and Gene Smith is on record saying that any divisional alignment that does that is a no-starter.

Phil Steele ranks both Stanzi and Vandenberg ahead of AA

It's almost as if he completely missed the point.

Phil Steele ranks both Stanzi and Vandenberg ahead of AA

Assuming that you're referring to the 2001 game - and you never can tell with you - Kyle McCann was the QB for Iowa that day, Banks never saw the field. What does the Iowa game have to do with it? How did Iowa State finish that season? I'm simply pointing out that those two teams went as their...

Phil Steele ranks both Stanzi and Vandenberg ahead of AA

D UP apparently refuses to acknowledge that while Banks was steering Iowa to a conference championship and berth in Orange Bowl, Wallace was captaining the SS Cyclone to a 6-7 finish that included a senior day ***-kicking at the hands of UConn. That year, those two teams went as their QB's...
