    The four years at ISU will not be a fond memory for him, nor will he be a fond memory of mine. I was one to wish all of the transfers under his watch the best of luck. Can't say the same about the root of the problem leaving.

    I was 100% not renewing until Sunday night. Now the chances are a lot greater. Although The Mayor wasn't my first choice (or even in my top 10), I will support the hire and give the guy a reasonable amount of time to fix the the four year error that preceded him.

    Agree with this. I won't lose any sleep seeing an assistant or a couple recruits go with a coaching change. If we kept Otz it would feel like trying to resist starting completely over. I don't think any successful hire would want to be force-fed leftovers after accepting the position.
