Has anyone purchased a new vehicle lately, the prices are off the wall.

I think NIL has really changed the math about red-shirting again, too. If Rock is a one-and-some type, then you absolutely play him garbage minutes this year, even (or especially) if he’s not ready. Nope. There’s been discussion around it, but once you check in, the (non-medical) redshirt is gone. Edit: it looks like they changed it last year. My bad. But it’s 4 games for basketball, too.- Pat

It’s early, but I would assume the lack of news/noise tells everything you need to know. Not that this is a bad thing. I would continue to assume that he’s going to spend a ton of time in the weight room and will be ready to hit the ground running next fall.- Pat

Yes. But he got to 6 faster than Mangino did. I’m not saying he’s the second coming of Knute Rockne, just that it’s an impressive turnaround, and also Mangino is a turd.- Pat

KU reportedly hiring Buffalo's Leipold (not Monken)
Mangino went 5-19 in conference in his first 3 years. Leipold is already 6-15 and doesn’t have the advantage of four non-cons or avoiding the Big 12 South powers. Both beat up on the weaker teams, it, especially given the state of KU football when he took over, Leipold’s start is impressive.- Pat

Very real chance that he’ll finish his career with over 125 starts and 145 games player. Still one more year of Covid bonus-eligibility plus NIL, but hopefully there will be fewer and fewer 7-year players as we go forward.- Pat
