North Texas Game & Tailgate to Watch Coach Mac

Wow, you have got to be kidding me. I cannot believe the Alumni Association is formally involved in something like this...ridiculous! When will the pilgrimage to see McDermott coach Creighton be?

    Justin Hamilton impressive for LSU

He is probably 65 or 70. Looks pretty old to me in his LSU bio pic Lynn Nance Bio - LSUsports.net - The Official Web Site of LSU Tigers Athletics

    Justin Hamilton impressive for LSU

LSU should be much improved over last year. Ralston Turner is the best returning player on the team and he was hurt much of last year...his freshman season. Matt Derenbecker...also a freshman last year is a nice player as well. They have a McDonald's AA in Johnny O'Bryant coming in and...

    MBB Scholarship Situation

I'm worried...looks like we are going to be a little thin in 2015-16.

    Brad Stevens the Wizard

Butler has already ponied up some decent money and more importantly some very long term money. Having said that, my sense is that if Stevens leaves he does not leave for a struggling school with no MBB history. If he goes he is going to a big time program with big time history...maybe IU if...

    Brad Stevens the Wizard

These are not mutually exclusive items. The bottom line with Butler is that they exert more effort on a consistent basis than about any team I have seen in a long time. They NEVER jog back to defense...it is an all out sprint...by all players. They are very smart on the offensive boards...

    Brad Stevens the Wizard

Certainly, Stevens is a great coach...getting your team to back-to-back Championship games is no easy task. However, this is not all about X's and O's. Butler does have some guys that can really play. Mack and Howard are NBA guys. Van Zant and Marshall also stand to become NBA players...

Duke and Wisc. both go down

I was in the New Orleans Arena last night for both games. Florida was, by far, the deepest, most athletic, and most talented team on the court. Both BYU and Butler are deceptively solid...they don't look to be that good but they can play. BYU has Jimmer who demands double and triple teams as...

    Movie- Fraternity Vacation

Imagine that, a movie using sets and filming on location at sites that are not the actual sites. Shocking! I had no idea this sort of deceit was occurring in Hollywood! Nice jab at the fraternity system. I'd bet my entire net worth that you were not in the fraternity system and know little...

    Biggest Shots in Cyclone History

Sam Mack at the Burger King in front of Grand Daddy's. If you are talking about a basketball shot...Stevens vs. Mizzou and Hornacek vs. Miami of Ohio have to be up there.

Shatel: McDermott is Happy on the Hilltop

I'm not sure how much I agree with this...seems to me a "stand-up person" would not have blamed the players at every turn and taken some of the blame himself. Most of you bought the GM spin on this site when his friends and family went full tilt slandering Wesley Johnson while claiming GM...

    Question: Why no Baseball team?

Wow, what lunacy...college baseball teams play roughly 60 games a year...they are not going to play 30 or so home games in Des Moines. I believe there are 12 scholarships each DI school can allocate...most split the scholarships up so kids are getting a half or quarter of a scholarship...

Because they are advertising primarily to Texas (where they have a ton of locations)...and maybe Oklahoma...not sure if they have locations in Oklahoma or not. As for the food...it is fast food...and the location you visit will certainly impact your experience. I laugh at the poster bemoaning...
