    Do you understand how coaches move through the ranks? One year at isu as DC would be better professionally than x number of years in the Mac. When Rhoads is replaced there will be a lot of very good coaches that would take the job. Just because YOU don't know who they are yet doesn't mean...

    You're correct. We can't man a 4-3 defense, there's no way we could run a 3-4 or 3-3.
