    Thoughts on Matt Thomas

I think if Matt shakes his habit of twisting, contorting or leg kicking when his shots are contested... his percentage will jump up. He often times messes with the purity of his motion and follow-through anticipating contact or possibly trying to draw a foul with a little contact. I am sure...

Help: Considering buying an 02 Audi A6

We had a used Benz for a while that was a great car, but when repairs became necessary the cost was pretty crazy. We have friends that had a used Audi that they loved... but I think they experienced the same thing with expensive repairs. Repairs seem to be twice as costly as domestic vehicles.

    Marcus Smart hits a fan

Wasn't there a black lady directly behind fat boy in the stands??? It would be interesting to find out if the media or Big 12 could track her down to see what fat boy was actually yelling at Smart. Question the cameramen and photographers in the area too. I wouldn't trust Smart saying that...

Is she even Human?? Wins 4 Eating Contests in 3 Days!

I was thinking about this. In these eating contests do you suppose any of the contestants actually let this stuff pass through them, or do they throw it up after the contest is over. Can't imagine the decimation to your entire digestive tract that would be caused by actually letting that...

    Referee John Higgins

Agree, and that is not extremely high... about average for most crews. Some crews get closer to 43-44 on average per game if you look at the stats.

    Referee John Higgins

I remember playing high school basketball in SW Iowa back in the late 1980's when that handsome haired devil would be one of our refs. Always thought he was pretty fair and even-keeled.

    Shaping of the football staff...

If we were going this direction, I would be more interested in NWMSU Head Coach Adam Dorrel. Adam was OC before he became head coach 3 years ago. He is from Maryville, so I have no idea if staying at NWMSU is what he wants to do or moving to a bigger program in a position coach role would...

Best Thin Crust Pizza In Central Iowa?

I am normally not a novelty flavor type of guy with pizza, but I love many of Michael's offerings. I agree that the Pesto Chicken is terrific. I also have tried and enjoyed the following: The Creole Shrimp Reuben Mediterranean Margarita The fact that they offer a free driver's slice when...

Best Thin Crust Pizza In Central Iowa?

I feel really guilty that we have never tried former Cyclone Dennis Gibson's place in Johnston, Encore Pizza. It is a little out of the way for us and we always forget about it. Does anyone have feedback on Encore's pizza? Thanks
