    Because no matter how much fun we have in Kansas City, it just doesn't matter that much when you lose in the first round of the NCAA tournament and then go sub-.500 for two years.

    John Beilein intrigues me, given the great teams he had at WV and Michigan. He'd need to have an assistant under him who'd be the heir apparent though, even if unofficially, along with a top recruiter since he's probably not the most relatable coach out there due to age.

    I would absolutely love it if Lincoln Way from Duff to Squaw Creek grew upward density-wise. Obviously it would need to be more residential-focused west of Iowa DOT, but that corridor has a ton of potential given the traffic and the 1 route on Cyride.

    This would be ideal. Since Pollard is set on having some hillsides, I'd make the north side red seats as grass instead, since there'd have to be tunnels to locker rooms somewhere around there anyway.

    I-35 / US 30 Flyover Progress

    Why Magazine Road wasn't built to arterial standard a decade ago shocks me more, with an exit to I-35 too. Ankeny only having two main east-west streets in that section is a killer for that area.
