    I agree with this. They have 5 losses (1 really bad loss) and are #13. That is why I brought up the 6 loss thing. They do have some really good wins, but all at home.

    A loss to RPI #143 UNI and RPI #129 Oklahoma State should not be ignored. That is IF they would lose in Stillwater, which would be surprising.

    Which is why I said nothing about their losses. It's about wins. You have to win a couple of games on the road against ranked teams and people will take notice. Cincinnati is average so that win looks less impressive. Kansas St. and TCU are bottom feeders. Gotta go out and win at WVU...

    I don't like this logic, either. So last years team was bad then? Since they lost in the round of 64? No. You don't measure an entire season by that one game. It was still a "successful" season. Just had a bad ending that made it end up not as "successful" as it could have been.

    Uh no. 1 weekend event where the champ only plays 3 of the 9 other teams in the conference. Or a an entire season worth of playing 2 games against each. You are right, they tourney champ does give someone the auto bid, but it is FAR FAR FAR less important.
