I think it's critical for whoever we get as a coach to pull in a great staff. Fleck is younger, but he still has quite a few connections. He coached with Greg Schiano at Rutgers and in Tampa Bay...maybe he would be our DC. I'm sure it's a pipe dream, but he certainly knows some football minds... -

This is something I wonder about also. This doesn't mean that he/someone else on his staff can't recruit on a national level. If we were in Ohio, Texas, etc. the bulk of our commits would be in-state too. -
