VERY short memory as we need them to play like today for 2 more weeks. I, too, am very proud of this team and just down that we had so many opportunities and ended up with the L. They played with heart...that is all that I will ever ask of a Cyclone team as an alum and fan. -

Nice! Iowa State on Game Day!
That was AWESOME!!!!!!! Watching the Marv Seiler run again (after being there in person) and of course how well they spoke about our coach and "one of the best scenes from college football last year"...that was just awesome. Thank you College Game Day! -

What's the last good book you've read?
Excellent book...and you are so correct that it is hard to put down! It made a flight from Phoenix to Chicago a very short one...and I still ahve a long ways to go. I am kind of a history buff anyway and I have family from Wales, keeping me even more interested in the book! Highly recommended! -
Anyone else relieved?
At least the fans were somewhat back to normal on sunday...the real fans were still sporting black and gold, and the rest were in hiding like normal, mad that they couldn't gloat all week. Kind of a nice day after a Hawkeye loss story...went to see my new niece yesterday, sporting my cyclone...- Racer68

Do you change your oil every 3000 miles?
I know an engineer at Donaldson Filters that is running a Ford F150 to 15,000 miles between changes...he changes the filter at 7,500. Make sure you use a good synthetic and a good filter, and I would suggest changing the filter half way through. -

My company supplies us with iPhones...LOVE the phone but the service is the worst I have ever had. Great features and is super easy to use, but if you really want one wait until Verizon and one of the other carriers get them in late 2010. -
