    ISU students wearing Iowa gear

    I've been wearing my ISU shirts in Iowa City this week. Not as bad as last year, where I was called on in classes for wearing Iowa State shirts this week. I'm wearing my free pink ISU shirt today, which coincidentally means I'm also doing laundry right now.

    Who pays for contracts that are going to be broken

    I have a hard time believing those schools could claim "force majeure" (Force Majeure clause) when they are the ones making the decision to force major conference alignments. Other than that, who knows what the contracts state.

    Take lots of Economics. I think that will help you in the first semester (Contracts, Torts, Property @ University of Iowa) more than Political Science classes. Second semester law school (Criminal, Constitutional, Civil Procedure) is probably more related to Political Science. Really though...

    Big 12 North Well Represented in Listing of Cowardly Programs

    Florida plays Florida State every year in an out-of-conference game. ISU's schedule is probably similar to Florida's, with one tough out of conference game, then mostly smaller schools with a tough game sprinkled in every once in awhile (FSU, Utah, Northern Illinois when they were good).

    Does anyone know any bars or restaurants in Iowa City with ESPN Full Court? I'm trying to find a place to watch the game on Saturday with some other ISU graduates going to grad school in Iowa City. Can anyone give me any help?
