    It's also not like these kids don't have talent. They just don't bring it all the time. I would not put this all on the coach. There is only so much he can do. The players have to bring it.

    I will agree Arizona played great and the refs sucked, and I felt bad, I am friends with Leonard Pope, cardinals TE, and it sucks to seem them lose the way they did. Terrible actually. I have always disliked the Steelers.

    I am glad to see others that think the student section needs to do more at football games. Why don't students try and bring the cyclone alley leadership over to help out.

    Thank you, maybe it helps that I grew up in the south wanting Kentucky to fail cause I was a Tennessee fan, so seeing Tubby succeed without them is nice. :yes:

    It is basketball season and they do have tubby smith now so I could see him getting excited for that. Heck who is not excited to watch one of tubby's teams.

    Didn't the "dance thing" get borrowed from the band? That was my understanding. I've noticed that Iowa State does not embrace it's band as much as some other schools. From what I have heard the band has a few good cheers that I would love to see the student section participate in.

    I would second that this place is a must eat. I love it. Eat there everytime I go to KC. But I won't be at that game this year. I'm getting married that day. Only non home game date that we could get. Even though it is kind of a home game.

    I remember that day. I felt good about the first part of the game. And then had my heart broken. We showed some real promise at first. Of course we also look bad later on that season too.
