This thread is dumb. We have no idea what would happen if they stayed. See, watch this: "We win by 20 if Gannon stays on the team". Am I right? Maybe. We also could've lose by 20. There is no way of knowing. All we know is the actual outcome. -

I didn't see the game - Did ISU go away from what was working
I don't think we went away from "what worked", we just didn't execute in critical situations (like getting the ball back with 5 minutes left....how about just not giving it back?). KSU just played their game. Nothing baloney or odd about it, they just out performed us. -

I think this is going to be more demoralizing than if we just lost by 20. We fought back and looked to be in control for most of the game and still lose. If I am a player, the lesson I get from this is "if you try, you still lose." Not a good message for the second game in the season... -

Really? You can't complain and get better? I would strongly disagree. I would say CPR complained a lot about last weeks game (we have video evidence of that, he was complaining a lot about that targeting call), and there are all sorts of people saying we got better. There is nothing wrong... -
