Like for consistently backing off our corners and giving up the middle of the field to crossing routes and TE/RBs?

Recruiting the top kids from IA is very important, but nothing says more about one's ability to recruit than convincing an heavily recruited player from Florida or Texas that Ames IA is the best fit for there football future.
They all say that they will stay where ever they're at until they have the press conference to announce that they will be taking a new job. I think we all saw that with Saban and the same is true for Miles. Bottom line is that it is much easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission.

Even AFL 2 is exciting to watch, they put up just as many points as AFL and gives locals a chance to see local college top performers that may not get a chance to play other wise.
