    Momentum? You mean the 18-20 record over 3 years. If you are somebody unfamiliar with the program, this doesn't look too exciting. Granted we Cyclone fans are excited because we see improvement on the field but to somebody looking in from the outside it is pretty mediocre.

    I don't quite understand this. Didn't his contract at the time and that we matched PSU's money(supposedly) indicate that he was "our guy"? Its not like there were rumors that he was going to get fired. Why would he believe that he wasn't "our guy"?
