    I live in Colorado but work remotely for Iowa agency. We had to increase deductible to $5000 just to get premium under $3000. We have a HELOC if needed, but it's getting to the point where insurance is for catastrophic losses only.

    What's a company that you think sh!t the bed discontinuing certain products?

    I worked at the Hut for four years during high school and part of college. It's a shame what has happened to that place. We used to fresh cut veggies, make our own dough and even mix our own sauce daily. Now everything is canned and frozen.

    The problem with steel roofs is that they dent and people want cosmetic damage covered. They end up getting them replaced due to cosmetic damage just as often as shingles, even though they're still functional. That said, I will definitely be getting a steel roof next time.
