    I think it depends on what stage in life you're at. If I were still in my 20s I would prefer Brookside with the shops, restaurants, bars and older homes with character. However, i'm now 50 with a wife and 2 kids and I prefer the newer, bigger, open floor plan house feeding into a top high...

    I know the Big 12 is in good shape and all but.... Let's say the networks or playoff committee or whoever decides that college football must go to a 16 team, 4 conference model and only member teams will be eligle for the playoffs. How would that play out if enough current Big 12 members...
