    When you suck, decent non-P5 teams have the upper hand. Sure you can get paid, but then you get paid again when you bring in a P5 school you think you can beat and they sellout their home stadium. They had were coming off 25 wins in 4 years when this deal was made and were pretty good for non-P5.

    Make the bowls immediately (1 to 2 weeks) after the regular season and pay the players who participate. More money for the winners. It eliminates the weird transfer portal situation and rewards the players who play.

    Not really. Just ban running a play other than a kneel down out of that formation. The problem here too, is the referees can become disengaged on a formation like this, and may not be watching for what they should be watching for.
