    I almost always have oats and chia seeds on hand because I make overnight oats at least one week a month to prep my breakfasts. I'm embarrassed to say I've never used them for warm oatmeal, but I might do that this time of year.

    Most people don't eat enough fiber. When I started watching that number, I was surprised at how deficient I was. I'm making more effort now, and it definitely makes a difference. (I mainly focus on protein and fiber along with some calorie tracking to stay in a deficit most of the time.)

    At first I read the title as "best cats." I was a bit disappointed in "casts," but there've been some solid arguments here.

    My parents are retired but live 45 minutes from me, so daily childcare is not even an option. However, even if they lived closer, it is not their obligation or responsibility to watch my child. I think it's rude when people assume or guilt the grandparents into watching the kids.

    At an event this summer, Billy Fennelly told me the ISU women's team is the youngest in the nation. This is going to be a rough year, but there are bright spots and I believe there will be some incredible moments for this team in the near future.

    They don't have to disclose her medical issue and likely won't. And I've heard she won't be back anytime soon. No timeline, but it doesn't sound promising.

    We have our cats on the wellness program through Banfield (PetSmart in Clive is where we go to the vet). We pay about $40/month per cat. They each go twice a year with once-a-year dental examinations and cleanings, which are 100 percent covered by the plan. I feel like it has ultimately saved us...

    Bingo. At the very least, he shouldn't be wrestling as part of any team or organization. I don't know if there are opportunities to wrestle without this, but I'm OK if there are not. He shouldn't have those opportunities.

    Missing NW Iowa Men

    It's probably coincidence, but both missing men are about the same height and weight. I'm very intrigued by both cases, though I'm not sure we'll get any resolution, much less a good one.
