    Home addition advice

    I added a roof and screens around my deck, then added an adjacent "uncovered deck". Absolutely loved it. I put down outdoor carpet so that bugs would just come up between the decking.

    I do hope that Colorado comes back. There's something poetic about WVU and CU being in the same conference. They should battle for the John Denver Cup, between "Rocky Mountain High" and "Almost Heaven West Virginia".

    As someone who travels nearly weekly... Recline your seat. Airplane seats recline only a couple of inches. It's not like you're laying them back into somebody's lap.

    I have a Ring camera on the side of my garage with a solar charging pad mounted adjacent to it. It works great! It's tied into my Ring doorbell camera and other cameras throughout the property.

    This is my experience with Baylor and aTm grads. The Baylor grads have been simply awful, and aTm grads have been very slow to catch on to things compared to others. I have been pleasantly surprised by TCU grads.

    I've been to games at Cincy and Houston. Cincy kind of feels "B12-ish", but Houston does not. I've been to UCF, but not for a game, and UCF feels like a typical directional school or massive community college.

    Has anyone watched all of Black Bird on Apple+? I watched the first two episodes on a flight to Montreal last week and the start is very intriguing, but was surprised that I hadn't heard anyone talk about it. I also saw the start of Bad Sisters that looked ok too. Are either worthwhile?

    I hadn't heard about this one, but it looks like it will be great with that cast (except for Jesse Plemons). I don't know why, but I have an irrational hatred for anything with Jesse Plemons.
