    He made eye contact with the player charging at him and decided to get to that spot. It wasn't some prayer he threw up, it was exactly what he wanted. A thing of beauty. I know it's going to get old but it was very Dirk-ish.

    Gilbert was great on Cryer, I didn't think he was anything special at Baylor, always seemed soft. KG was all over him all night.

    Tre was awesome, we'll need similar from him every night. He, Jones and Ward held their own against a big, athletic, physical, talented frontcourt.

    King and Gilbert have looked like g5 players against the good teams we've played. Gilbert is pretty solid defensively but King is still lost on that end, if he's not scoring or rebounding, he's a liability. Let him play against undersized teams but Watson should be getting more of Tre's minutes...

    He has a unique perspective being so fresh out of playing, I have always liked him, he's not Fran but I like him more than the other guys that do Big 12 games. The only gripe I would have is, since he is younger, he has a personal relationship with a lot of the players from the Texas schools...

    It's tough to know how good this team is, rebounding is a big concern. BRE will be fine but a lot falls on Tre King. He beats up on mid majors and smaller guys but was awful against the 3 teams we've played with size and athleticism, last year he was a niche guy who only played well against...
