    Football Parking Selection

I was more concerned that I missed it and got what I got. I've been in the same lot since the first threat, "donate more or lose your parking" back in '06 or '07. Maybe a year or two that we got upgraded one lot south, before we tailgated with others that don't have the priority that we do. I...

    Football Parking Selection

Seems slow, especially with season renewals being a month sooner than past years. Also wonder when away game tickets info will be available, I've gone to a "only buy away tix thru ISU" policy after a less than great experience a few years back. Planning on two road trips this fall!

    Football Parking Selection

I've search my email and the forums, I've found nothing about parking selection for 2023. The invoice/receipt has a TBD on it. Isn't the lot selection usual in full swing by now? Or are we all patiently waiting on the completion of the paving work on the lots?

    Hilton floor is for sale

My kids were 8 and 6 when we vacationed in Orlando, so coasters weren't the main attraction. I'd add Expedition Everest and Rock 'n Rollercoaster to the list of fun coasters. Not sure of the ratings or icon status, but I enjoyed those 2

    Jackson Paveletzke commits

There is at least one service out there that measures the "mental game" - without going into too much detail, I only know about it because I work there ;)

Anyone got away trip plans for the Big12 newcomers?

I'm planning on Provo. If I can swing two away games, I'll probably go to Waco to check that off the list. Definitely flying to Utah, would drive to Texas (again). We'd miss Bucee's if we flew! I've hit KU, K-State, oSu, OU, TX, and TTU over the last 7-8 years, intend to visit every B12...

Anyone got away trip plans for the Big12 newcomers?

My experience there in '21 was not great. If you must go, buy from the ISU allotment, strength in numbers kind of thing. When the Clones were coming back, right after the student section got kicked out/relocated, I became a little uneasy for my family's safety. Like my Spidey-sense kicked in...

Mission Critical: The search for "Tuff Tiger" fan Roger Sprague

It was some "all B12 fans" board. It was, um, not good. Cyber's avatar is forever imprinted on my brain.

    49ers - Brock Purdy - Still and Always #1

No Mooby's for you? That chicken sandwich at the pop up was pretty tasty! My wife and kids had Cow Tippers, my oldest (13 at the time) got a good giggle out of the name of Dad's sandwich...

    *** Official #7 Texas (SAMSUBA) vs #12 IOWA STATE Game(Day) Thread ***

He was on Go Big Show, wasn’t he? We saw him at a Wolves game, just amazed at his balance. He doesn’t appear to be in peak physical condition and just keeps climbing those chairs!

I fell off Ryan Sloth's trampoline one summer, does that count? Broke a blood vessel in my foot

    Congratulations to Earle Bruce

I don't remember Bruce at ISU, my first ISU football memory is from the Walden years, we played OU at home. It was cold, rainy, my dad took me down to between the locker room doors to see the teams come out after half. OU fans threw oranges at OU, my dad wanted to see the Boz and his multi-color...

    Congratulations to Earle Bruce

I still blame Woody for the 25+yrs of football darkness. And then Earle's grandson was the assistant that blew up Urban's tenure at tOSU... Earle had later stops at UNI, CSU, and the Barnstormers. Did not know that he was also the leading candidate at KU when they hired Mason in the late 80s...

    Outgoing transfer tracker

And I'd missed it most of the season, Seonbuchner is a GA now. IIRC, he started as a LB and moved to that TE/FB/extra blocker role.

    Blake Peterson Enters Transfer Portal

I often watch him coaching the DL when they take the bench, love his passion and how he keeps coaching the entire game! Semi-related - love seeing Ray Lima on staff, working w/ Coach Rasheed and the DL on the sidelines! 60% of our grad assistants played for Campbell at ISU, all key players in...

    Texas Roll call!

We'll be there! Four hardcore Clones and likely a good buddy that is a big CFB fan (I'll let it slide that he graduated from UNL...) Staying in Austin Friday night, but likely not doing any nightlife - my boys are 14 and 12, and I'm old. I wanted to visit DKR before they're in the SEC, after...

    Improved cell coverage?

AT&T, iPhone 12Pro here. I can send and receive texts. SMS w/ pics take awhile, if they go thru. Forget Facebook, ESPN for scores, or anything that requires much of a network connection. No better or worse than previous years. Makes me miss being an early adopter, OG iPhone (8gb!) - I could...
