    Why not? I have yet to have anyone explain to me how I can utilize a dual tuner and, essentially, watch 2 (or even three if recording) FB games at once on a streaming service. Plus, I am not convinced that, at 25mps, my family can watch multiple programs in different rooms at the same time.

    I have kept my cars to 200K without incident. Only the typical oil change, brakes, etc. Someone once told me you spend more on cars, over your life, than you do your house. I get newer used and run them from there.

    Really? Personally, I am actually 30K+ a year on my car. Wife's car is 7 years old at 130K. Work, kids, vacations, ISU games, life all add up.
