    As someone with kids in HS here in TX, I see 2-4 D1 players on the field each week between our local team and their opponent. You're familiar with one from this part of Texas (Tiller). Bottom line, Texas has 25M people, and football is #1, #2, and #3. A&M and tu only have so many scholarships...
