    You're right, I bet that loaf has been sitting on the counter for nearly a week. And I'm sure she didn't even think to toast it to cover up that fact.     Had this happen to me on a work trip. Didn't realize the rental had adaptive cruise until I looked down and saw I was going like 10 under behind somebody. Didn't help that me passengers would randomly push buttons without me knowing and change the handling of the vehicle.

    I remember when they put red light cameras up in my town in Texas. Between the AG and the governor, it was determined that a ticket could only be issued if an officer was at the intersection.

    Not necessarily. The article I read said there were empties in the car. If he crushed a few right before he got stopped, his BAC would be rising. Still bad regardless. I think WVU has no choice but to let him go at this point.
