Ames Restaurants
B-bops has outdoor seating, and I like the shakes :) -
Roofing Recommendation
We have used Geisinger Construction (Ames) and Bolt (DSM) as Sub Contractors. They have both done excellent jobs. Remember, you get what you pay for. The cheapest contractor is not always the best. Get references (with in the last year) and call them up. -

Drywall Recommendations
Tape and Mudd Sucks. I have done a garage and a basement. I like to hang it, but as others have said, Drywallers would rather hang it and get the joints where they want them to be. They will probably give you a better deal if they get to do the hanging. -
