    You McDermott haters need to get on the same page. One guys says he makes too many adjustments for the guys to get into a rhythm, the other says Iowa's coach makes more adjustments. Which one is it? Too many or not enough.

    The problem is all us fans are basing our opinions on a small amount of decision quality information. I think if we could all hear the "plans" the candidates had for turning ISU into a winner, I think our outlook on certain coaches would change a lot.

    I agree, the problem is the right coach is not something that is overly apparent until we actually find him and he has done the job. Until that happens all we can do is have faith.
