    I understand your concern. Maybe it will rain Friday and you won't be able to get in the fields for harvest Saturday. But that isn't a very acceptable option either. Given the crop year maybe you won't be able to harvest until later in October--barring an early frost.

    I can agree with this one. I enjoyed this updated version of Quantum Leap. I also think they gave the hook to Captain Video much too soon. Just as I was getting old enough to realize how cheesy and fun it was...it was gone. :wink:

    Yes, you are correct. I should have said 1983. So far this year we've been cool and wet and hopefully won't get hot and dry for any extended period of time. The 1983 drought happened during the first year of the infamous PIK program as I recall.

    Favorite MLB Team

    I've been a Cubs fan since 1967 and a Red Sox fan since 1967 and an ISU fan since 1971. Lot of painful memories with a few good ones mixed in between the losses.:smile: Thank God for the Red Sox in recent years. There is hope.
