    I State helmet on SVP & Russillo

    I don't usually watch SVP & Russillo on ESPN News, but I caught it today and they have four helmets in front of them today: UCF, Baylor, Texas, and ISU. Anyone know why they choose what to put on the desk? And why UCF and not another Big XII team?

    Sleeping issues

    I'm going to echo those that have mentioned melatonin. I've never had sleeping problems, but my daughter did. Started giving her some melatonin and she's been better for it. Again to echo what's already been said, it's not a drug, it's a supplement.

    I think that any "black" players on his team should stay home. "You said you don't want black people at you games." Heck, I wouldn't want to play for this guy (although given my supreme lack of athleticism, not playing would probably help any team that I was on).

    I always felt bad for the females that worked at Pizza Pit when they had to wear the t-shirts with the logo on it. "Free Fast and Hot" There would always be that one guy who would make a joke about it, as if they hadn't heard it a million times already.

    Silverado (maybe because it's a nostalgic thing for me), but I've probably watched all of the episodes of Mythbusters twice. What I don't get is that I have both Netflix and Amazon, both have episodes of Mythbusters, not all the same, but neither one has all of the episodes...
