    Friend of mine had a similar increase in Glen Ellyn. My neighbors increased by similar %. Same with my cousin half mile south of me.

    I agree but be smart about moving. Do extensive homework first and unless you are miserable only take step ups from where you are. I also think you should stay at an employer at least 1.5 years. I don't think you can accomplish much in less than that. When I read resumes, a red flag to me is job...

    LA is a great area. Some bad parts, just like any other huge metro. I don't think 2 teams will thrive there. By thrive I mean consistent full stadiums. They all make money off of the TV deals and corporate boxes and what not. A lot of transplants and there is so much more to do.

    Reinsdorf won't eat 3.5 years of Fred's 5 year contract. Fred will probably get the rest of this year and start next. He won't make it past year 3 though. Hopefully when Fred is fired, Forman and Paxson are fired too.

    It just isn't working for Fred in Chicago. I thought last year it was Rose and maybe Noah that were the problem. No, Fred just isn't getting the job done. Reinsdorf needs to blow the whole thing up and start over. Forman, Paxson and Hoiberg need to go.

    OSU is not less stressful than Texas. You could make the case that Texas even takes academics more serious than OSU.

    Cold is an overrated equalizer. At kickoff, announcers said the temp was 38. That isn't bad. You warm up quickly when playing. Rain/snow and cold is much worse.

    OT - Megabus

    I think it stinks. Megabus is/was a great service. I know people who take megabus from central Iowa to Chicago to avoid dealing with the traffic.

    I think guests can pay more and go to remote areas of the park to take it up a notch (orgies/landing punchies). Also, it is about time we get some good ol' fashioned HBO sex scenes.
