    49ers - Brock Purdy - Still and Always #1

Dallas is streaky and looked good last night. Parsons is going to cause a lot of trouble for the niners. Should be a good, close game.

Chicago Bears bought Arlington Heights track only to build next to Soldier Field?

Chicago gets a lot of bad publicity, almost all of it warranted, but there is a lot of development going on downtown, great restaurants, great city living (in the right neighborhoods) and it is very affordable compared to California, New York, Dc, etc… The weather really sucks tho (reason I...

    Another New Waukee District

That is a lot of parking lot. Targets in DC and Buckhead Atlanta have parking decks underneath the store. I’m sure it costs more, but seems like a better use of land.

I hesitate to post this article ...

Manhattan may be a great and growing town but I don't believe it is growing that fast. 38% in 5 years is fast in a state like Texas or Florida. Areas don't grow like that in the plains states. 7K a year?

Wasn't a county added to the Manhattan MSA recently and the article is misusing those numbers as a growth rate?

Hardest Colleges To Get Into for 2023

Maybe undergrad is hard. Grading didn’t seem to difficult. Grad school was a lot of work. I was working full time while in school. They cram a semester’s worth of material into a quarter. Expect you to put in 3 hours of work outside of class for every hour of class time.

Hardest Colleges To Get Into for 2023

Ms applied statistics. Got it because I felt I needed a grad degree on my resume. I think law and MBA grads look down their noses. I didn’t get a **** don’t stink vibe from my cohort.

Chicago Bears bought Arlington Heights track only to build next to Soldier Field?

This is wishful thinking here. Bears ownership is terrible. Chicago had the worst owners in 2 different pro sports until Bill Wirtz died.

What TV show are you streaming right now?

I liked this show a lot. I lived in Chicago for 17 years and enjoy the scenes in the city. Been away for a few years now and really miss the food.
