Have you tried the pork chop ribeyes (I think that is what they are called)? They are on sale for $1 per almost every week at Fareway. I think they are what's left over from a loin after all of the pure white meat is cut off. It's bassicly a dark meat chop. They cook up super tender.
Would take the ribeye if it didn't have the bone-in. Not really a fillet person... tender, but no flavor. I don't generally order steak at a restaurant. I have three places I will order a steak from. 1) TX roadhouse ribeye 2) Jethro's smoked prime rib 3) ribeye from the open flame in...
LOL. This has to be a collection of my least favorite bands from the 2000's. Not really a big fan of the punk pop genre. Yes there would be a few songs here an d there that I did like. Like someone said earlier, I think 2022 lineup was much better.
There are a number of grants for local businesses to apply for strictly for the updating of stores/storefronts on main street.
I think our main street is doing quite well considering the state of a number of surrounding communities' main streets.
Death Valley for me is a big NO! I spent a month there at the NTC, and let me tell you, that place is hell on earth. summertime temps in the 120s is no picnic. I will tell you there is a beauty to to harsh and barren landscape, but when you are in the shade and the wind blows the hot air it...
My mom and her husband live in Punta Gorda, right between Port Charlotte and Ft. Myers. That is pretty much a bullseye where the eye of the storm will make landfall. "Its the price of living in paradise."
Same here! I was sitting near the 50 YL lower east side of the stadium about half way up.
Was also at the Colorado "Tornado game" now I own a house on the west side of Ames, that would have been VERY close to where the tornado was.
Not me, but my grandpa arrived in Pearl on Dec. 8th. His...
A long time ago I witnessed a bicyclist on the sidewalk(eastbound on Lincoln way) run right into the side of a car turning on to Hayward just in front of him. He was moving pretty fast, too.
I personally miss New York seltzer. I remember as a kid riding my bike across town to get a cold bottle at the local Hy-Vee. loved some black cherry. Another one I really liked, as a young adult, but don't see anymore was Stuart's orange cream or cheery cream soda. That **** was like crack.
McDonald's coke is definitely very good. However my favorite is the Mexican coke, or any coke for that matter, in a glass bottle(freezing cold). On the flipside, anyone else find the drinks dispensed from the freestyle machines tastes "off"?
I thought ep.2 was pretty good. I think things are starting to get pretty interesting. Much better than ep. 1. Have been seeing some on-line kerfuffle about people being turned off by the prospect of the King and a potential child bride(incestuous at that). Hello! **** like this happened...
Oh I am! I just didn't get the "hook" that I got with GOT. After that first GOT episode, it made my must watch list. So much happened as was set up in that first episode.
