That's similar to what I used to do but I got board on the treadmill and it was my pace with the weights. During the 6 workout days of this program my heart rate never dropped below 150. Even the day I did Yoga it was up in the 150's and I sweat more than I did in most other workouts. :twitcy: -

You can go as simple as a resistance band but to optimize your workouts and achive results it's best to have a pull-up bar and dumbbells. -
