    IDK if they don't expect to win. I expect them to win. I think people are just tired of all the BS. Ferentz has lost part of the fan base. I know a good majority of the least we forget the dark years and what if we go back to that crowd won't agree with me, but he has overstayed his welcome.

    I don't care if they fill the stadium or not. For the record, I called out Iowa on their supposed sell out streak because IMO if you have one seat left to sell at kick off it is not a sell out.     When Pollard made it impossible to get single game tickets to that game, fans still found a way. There would have been more if he would have allowed single game tickets to be sold. I got 2 from the allotment. Would have bought more if ISU would have sold single game tickets.

    Sorry but having played and coached sports for many years, you should expect to win. It doesn't mean you will always win but you should go into every game expecting to win. If you don't expect to win, you won't.

    So you think only 4000 fans should go even though there was an opportunity for 8000 to attend? Tell Pollard to sell single game tickets to the game next year to anyone who wants them. I want some. I have bought from Iowa's allotment before but need more tickets.

    Do your players expect to win every game or just hope to? Lot of new insight tonight that surprises me. Maybe it would be better if you just didn't play the games you know you will lose so you can keep players fresh for the games you hope you can win. I thought Iowa and ISU were fairly close...

    Suck it up buttercup. As I stated before it's not a treat going to places like Madison where they throw rotten eggs at you and your team as well as beer. Sorry if you have had a bad experience at Kinnick, but am surprised to hear ISU fans whining about this.

    I would sure hope fans, players and coaches would go into every game expecting to win. I am not afraid to rip Ferentz because he undercoaches and plays not to lose, and ends up losing games because of his conservatism. I don't think it is unrealistic at all to expect Iowa to beat Central...

    That is one game. You stated "ISU fans travel well to bowl games" Based on tickets sales I cited above, I would say they travel okay, but not well. When has ISU been bumped up in bowl selection because of fan travel? Not saying it hasn't happened, I am just asking if it has.
