    So with the grim weather report out there, does anyone know if any of the bars on Welch are open before the game? May be a little nicer than huddling under the tailgate tent to avoid getting drenched.

    Tough call between Horton and Bayless, had to give it to Horton though. He was so underrated and was nearly unstopable when he put the ball on the floor, just overshadowed by Tinsley.

    My wife was a mild hawk fan when we started dating. It only took one football season of taking her to tailgates and games in Ames to have her completely coverted. Now when she talks about ISU she say "we"...mission accomplished.

    My biggest concern is Ejim...he looks lost. He could take over portions of games last year, now nothing. He just fouls on defense and throws up air balls on offense.

    Drake.

    28 bucks is a little high but I love going to watch ISU at Drake. Mostly because I live in DSM and its the closest place to see them. I ordered them and got the first row in the balcony, thats basically like a lower level seat in Hilton. I can't wait after watching the game today!

    I understand what you are saying but I think ISU fans are tired of waiting a year or two to turn the corner. We say the same thing every single season. Again, i get what you are saying but at some point things need to change.
