    So, its possible BTN got first pick for the Big Ten that week and used it on Iowa/ISU. Iowa/Iowa State was the fifth most viewed Big 12 game last year (non-postseason). All this **** is drafted in different ways, and that could be why.

    BYU and UCF are always going to be having long flights. I know its popular to say OSU wants a bunch of Texas games, but even with them in a grouping with Texas schools, they're probably not playing more than twice in the state each year and would likely still play there at least once in a year...

    Fans can ***** all they want, but ISU has and will continue to lose recruits and players due to this. Iowa State fans already donate at lower levels than the rest of the conference and its hard to say the response right now is real inspiring. It sucks but it's the price of playing ball.

    NCAA typically likes to reward teams that beat good teams, Memphis and Creighton and Iowa getting hot towards the end of the year certainly helps our resume's shine a bit.
