****Official Class of 2020 Recruiting Thread****

Walton is one of the few we are warm on for the 2020 cycle atleast on 247. I cant imagine us not going for a sit out player this cycle so it should be interesting if we just take one more HS player.

ATHLON 2019/20: Picks ISU 9th in the Big 12

Im excited, we seem to have team players this year, which means better ball movement and defense. I doubt we finish worse then last year even if we do have a little less talent overall.

Kind of dig the new rules for tampering with players under contract, and deep fines for talking to players before the free agency period ect. Should help clean things up a little.

Jobs < 36 hrs. Per Week w/ Full Benefits?

I have to agree on the post office stuff, 2-3 hour split shifts as a clerk as well makes it so it feels like youve worked the entire day 6am to 5pm. Really hard to have a life in that field. Interesting about the target warehouse idea though.

they played decent, it was fun to watch. Drake should be able to add some decent players in the future to this roster as well. They should be able to get a decent roster in the future.

its definitely nice to have some type of parity, if Durant had not of gone to the Warriors in the first place I would have totally been a Warriors fan during that run, but man did that move water down the league. Heck 90 percent of teams didnt even try to compete for a title and why would they.

have to admit, I was bummed Bucks let Brodgon go to the Pacers but beyond that theyve done really well (having both of the Lopez brothers will make them tough in the post). Love it when all teams feel they have a chance at a title instead of waiting for the Warriors run to be over.

Should go down as the biggest overpay this summer, Tobias Harris is a 4th best player on a contender type player you dont pay 180 million for that.

wow this is crazy how much is going on rapid fire. Bucks are going to badly miss Brodgon, he was probably their second best player last year. Love the Jazz's moves they are a legit contender next year well provided Lakers dont get Kawhi.

Worst deal so far has to be Roziers, how does a pg that cant shoot at all get close to 20 mil a year. Liking NO's moves so far, Philly is looking like their agressive moves last year are backfiring drastically right now, but honestly not dealing with Butlers attitude for 4 years is for the better.

Level the playing field in HS athletics

Having coached at an extreme poverty school for basketball that is very true about kids taking up the sport only when HS starts, you literally have no chance to compete in skilled sports and unfortunately because of numbers those kids have to play varsity against kids that have gotten a lot of...

Level the playing field in HS athletics

I agree it would be difficult even for areas like Des Moines to level the playing field, rural definitely wont happen. I just find it fascinating how dependent athletics are, especially skill sports with higher socio-economic schools. Its telling that a sport like Volleyball is dominated by...
