    I remember a HS football coach in Arkansas that alot of people thought was only hired because he had good recruits playing for him... That worked out alrght. This guy seems perfectly qualified for the position. I have no issues at all with it.

    Having been to a few of those and behind the scenes, the lead up to that parade is a drag. They sit around there WAY too long for really no reason. Plus almost all of them are EXTREMELY Hung over from the parties the night before!

    It's starting to happen. Not only with the apartments they are building on the south edge of downtown but the areas just south of downtown and to the east. They are buying up older houses and lots and putting up row houses. What will really be nice is when they move all the city utilitites...
