When do you think you will buy a 100% pure electric vehicle?

Everything I've heard from long time Tesla owners is that their brake pads last over 100k miles. Not sure if the front/back wear any faster. They'll be times where I'll dive 20-30 miles and not hit the brakes once. It's weird at first but amazing once you get use to it. It takes a few drives...

Yes, 50lbs is the limit. We normally don't check our bags but the type of traveling makes a huge difference. When we go to mexico for a week, it's a lot easier than when we go to Scotland for 2 weeks.

When do you think you will buy a 100% pure electric vehicle?

Yeah, I don't know, I assume Tesla has done a little research on this. I heard similar things when I owned a BMW and a Ram with a ZF-8 transmission. Both recommended never changing the transmission fluid. It sounds like Tesla has moved over the years as they've had more data.

When do you think you will buy a 100% pure electric vehicle?

From Bard Contrary to what you might expect, Tesla drive motors don't actually have a fluid filter that needs changing. This is because they use a highly specialized gear oil designed to last the lifetime of the vehicle. Therefore, Tesla doesn't recommend any scheduled maintenance for the...

When do you think you will buy a 100% pure electric vehicle?

Sorry if I made it sound like I did this per year. What I was trying to say was that 90%+ of the time I visit the dealership service center with gas powered vehicles, it's for scheduled maintenance. This has been my experience with 20+ cars, I guess I'm lucky to have never bought a clunker that...

When do you think you will buy a 100% pure electric vehicle?

Iowa has two Tesla service centers, one in council bluffs and one in Iowa. Go check out how many people are working in these service centers. Now look at the Tesla maintenence schedule, which is basically rotating your tires and nothing else for 4 years. I may be in the minority, but I...

When do you think you will buy a 100% pure electric vehicle?

I was just reading how Stellantis (Dodge, chrysler, Jeep, etc) is having a lot of trouble selling cars lately. They've improved a lot over the years on their vehicles but they just wait so long for the updates. It's not a surprise that so many people are fighting for EV's to fail when you see...

I use to think this and then I spent the next 10 years hearing about the time the zipper broke on our cheap suitcase and she had to pull her bras off the conveyor belt, after a 10 hour flight. Buy once, cry once. Not saying you need to buy a set of the same brands, but good quality is important.

A few months ago, we bought a softside TravelPro Platinum® Elite Large Check-In Spinner . It is top quality and would buy that brand again in a heartbeat. With that said, I'd buy one size smaller. The problem is that it's so big, it's very easy to go over the 50lb limit. Our last trip we were...

I was watching some videos on the mess that happened in Chicago last week. Some big EV guy, who lives in the cold, flew to Chicago, went to the charging stations/talked to owners, analyzed it and here are a few of the issues. Uber/Tesla-I had no clue that this was a thing but apparently Uber...
