I like how he made all those baskets.

Don't Expect Many If Any Changes In Offense

In year 7 with essentially the same coaching staff, the offense has the same problems on repeat. Of course players are going to make mistakes, but the consistency of the same issues is a huge red mark for the coaching staff.

Don't Expect Many If Any Changes In Offense

Player execution is a coaching issue. 100%. With that, I'm really trying to not assume Campbell won't make off-season changes at this point. He has to see how much of a mess the offense is. It's not well managed and kids aren't learning the fundamentals, let alone developing.

    LMAO

He has zero creativity and almost no ability to be a COO (chief offense officer). Campbell absolutely deserves blame for this mess, but Manning is just a terrible offensive manager and the constant, repeated issues are the biggest red flag. Campbell made several bad hires in that side of the...

2022 Iowa High School Football Playoffs

He's actually getting looked at again by 247. He'll definitely make a jump.

    Idaho killings

Different rooms, I believe. It'll be interesting to see the timeline of events inside the house.

    Idaho killings

Yeah. I can't even imagine. The murder(s) had to have been covered head to toe in blood.

Really paints a picture of what the inside of the house looked like.

    Ignore Hunter

It's a rite of passage. Boo his ass every time he touches the ball.

Bowling Green winning hurts, but Cyclones still in a good spot for bowl game at 5-7

Well, you either hit the 6 win mark or you don't. It's not to say they're not working their asses off because of course they are. But college football isn't about rewarding you for showing up. I don't even really blame the kids. This falls squarely on the coaches shoulders.

Bowling Green winning hurts, but Cyclones still in a good spot for bowl game at 5-7

The issue I have is that we're in year 7 and it's the same issues on repeat. That's a bad sign for future seasons, assuming things remain the same for 2023.

Bowling Green winning hurts, but Cyclones still in a good spot for bowl game at 5-7

I don't want the offensive players with the offensive coaches anymore, though. I'd hate to see them regress any further.

    Missing Montezuma Boy

I've been to a few places in my day and I can absolutely say that Iowans aren't any different than anywhere else. If anything, we're a nicer, more polite breed.

Bowling Green winning hurts, but Cyclones still in a good spot for bowl game at 5-7

Really depressing that we're in year 7 and hoping to not only get to 5-7, but also hoping MAC schools don't pass us by on the bowl game pecking order.

AMart done for the season ...

As much as I made fun of KSU taking him, he really did a very good job in that system. Tough break for the kid.

Is your trust in CMC lost to fix this offense in 2023 and beyond?

No, unless zero offensive staff changes are made this off season. At that point, if we're seeing what we're seeing now, then yes. Feelings aside for Kirk, he did what he needed to do a decade or so ago to completely retool things offensively and started to win 9+ games nearly each season since...

What type of Cyclone football fan are you.

Idgaf about iowa. That's the kind of fan I am.

    Found the cure..

There were 3 consecutive weeks I couldn't watch this year (all losses) due to other events, but I honestly wasn't bothered that I couldn't watch. Campbell had his one shining moment here and then it's been downhill and getting worse. I will give TJ my undivided attention as often as possible though.

IIRC, Campbell said he could have gone back in if needed.
