    Agree. The knock with Gilbert at UNLV was the very same. For me, Tre King has been very consistent and doesn’t try “too” much. He’s got to have the highest shooting percentage on the team. Great presence in the paint and will get you those points. Robert Jones very similar.

    Agree. Pav has that dawg mentality much like Gilbert driving into the paint and executing. Gilbert has got more muscle and stronger than Pav though. I think that’ll be evident in Big 12 play.

    In regards to playing time, the absence of Watson in recent games is more surprising than Omaha especially with Ward out. Thought for SURE his minutes would increase.

    Gilbert’s out-of-control reckless offense in Florida was totally redeemed tonight. Buckets were like fish in a barrel for him tonight. Deonte Burton drove me nuts like that at times years ago.
